Interior architecture projet to revamp a 230m² Haussmannian apartment in a former "hôtel particulier". The biggest challenge of this project is to equip the entire apartment with air-conditioning without compromising the aesthetic of the existing structure and moldings. The work-around for the restrictions in the historic neighbourhood of Paris, i.e., conventional compressors is achieved by using indoor water-cooled compressors. Invisible diffuser slots are implemented in the entire project to ensure minimal aesthetic impact throughout the apartment. The layout of the master bedroom and bathroom has been completely reconfigured to attain the level of sophistication and elegance requested in the client's brief for a luxury rental product.
