TOUR-MAUBOURG
This interior architecture project involved the complete revamp of a 230 m² Haussmannian apartment in a former hôtel particulier. The primary challenge was to equip the entire apartment with air conditioning for the first time, without compromising the aesthetic integrity of the existing structure and moldings.
Due to the restrictions in Paris’s historic district, conventional compressors could not be used. Instead, air conditioners without outdoor units were installed. Invisible diffuser slots were seamlessly integrated throughout the apartment, ensuring minimal visual impact while maintaining optimal comfort.
The master bedroom and bathroom were entirely reconfigured to achieve the level of sophistication and elegance requested by the client for a luxury rental property, combining refined design with discreet, high-performance functionality.
